1) May I occupy my Holiday Bungalow all year round?
Sorry. No - Sussex Beach is purely seasonal and licensed for eight months of the year from 1st March to 31st October.
2) May I bring my dog?
Yes - but please keep him on a lead in the Park areas.
3) May I let my Holiday Bungalow privately?
Yes - a key service can be provided if required.
4) May I have a telephone installed in my Holiday Bungalow?
Yes - just contact British Telecom and they will make the necessary arrangements - a must for computers.
5) May I have a small garden outside my Holiday Bungalow?
Yes - but please talk to us about exactly where it may be sited as we have to consider our own landscaping programme for everyone and ease of access for grass cutters, but we do like to see leaseholders creating small well-kept gardens adjoining their Bungalows.
6) What size will my Bungalow be?
7) Will my Holiday Bungalow be safe in the Winter?
Yes - Security staff patrol the park during the winter and resident staff continue to man Reception.
8) How can I find out more?
Just make an appointment to see one of our Sales Managers who will be happy to show you around our Holiday Village and answer any questions you may have. Or, just call in the next time you are in the area and look around our Bungalows and see the Village facilities for yourselves.
